Tank Town USA Adventures
A neat outdoor adventure company, Tank Town USA boasts a variety of packages to suit your wants and needs. Trained instructors work with you to make you feel comfortable and have a safe and awesome experience as you hop in the driver’s seat and take your tons of military steel through the 5-acre course . Passengers must be at least 7 years of age, and drivers must be at least 15 and have a valid learner’s permit. There are also combo packages and group rates available!
Tank Driving | $175 ($150 for extension)
Get a real thrill behind the wheel of a military tank that weighs over 33,000 pounds and features armored plating made of thick steel. You’ll have your heart pumping as you drive across mud banks, over humps, and down dips for an adventurous ride. You’ll have 10 minutes or ½ a mile to drive with up to 3 passengers and can extend your trip and add 3 more passengers for an additional charge.
Car Crushing | $599
What beats driving a tank? Driving a tank AND crushing a car to a flat hunk of metal! This excursion starts with the normal tank driving course and ends with running over a car from every angle. You’ll have 25 minutes of driving time, and 4 passengers may join you.
Excavator Operation | $175
Dig a huge hole in the ground, push dirt around, and refill the hole while operating a massive construction excavator. Tank driving is cool, but there’s nothing quite like sitting behind the controls of a 40,000-pound machine! This neat experience lasts about 15 minutes and does not include passengers.
Machine Gun Shooting | $175/100 Rounds
Adrenaline pumping, to say the least, shooting a fully automatic M-1919 machine gun is something else! You’ll be given 100 rounds to start, and you can add as many more rounds as you like at an additional charge…totally worth it.
Things to Know
First thing’s first, don’t forget to bring your driver’s license! Driving a tank or operating construction equipment can also be quite dusty and muddy at times, so wear comfortable clothes you don’t mind getting dirty. Don’t wear dresses, skirts, or flip-flops…
