Tippy Canoe Lodge has 5 comfortable bedrooms, 3.5 convenient bathrooms, and space to sleep up to 14 guests. With amenities for all ages and plenty of space throughout this luxury vacation home, Tippy Canoe Lodge is great for a fun family vacation, a weekend away with friends, or a small group retreat. 

Start with breakfast made in the upgraded kitchen with stainless steel appliances and plenty of dishes and glassware. Sit down at the dining table for meals together or sit at the island with a drink. Or you can take your meals to the screened-in deck where there is a nice table, seating, and a fireplace. In the living room, relax on the sofa in front of the fireplace – with a remote. The loft has a kids’ foosball table, along with a TV and games, and the bunk room is a kid favorite. 

A second living area downstairs offers more space for guests to unwind together. Let little ones play with the water table on the deck, toss some burgers on the deck, and enjoy drinks at night beneath the stars. And when you want to get out of the elements, enjoy time on the screened-in deck that has a fireplace!

Swim at the outdoor pools, work out at the fitness center and unwind in the sauna, take pontoon boats and kayaks out on the lakes, have a lakeside picnic, or play a few rounds of tennis! 

Living Room
With wood interiors and plenty of North Georgia charm, the living room in Tippy Canoe Lodge feels warm and welcoming. Cozy up on the sofa in front of the gas fireplace that has a remote so you can relax and set a cozy mood. Flip on the flatscreen TV and watch YouTube TV or shows and movies on Netflix. Pile up snacks and drinks on the coffee table for a movie night or have an afternoon nap as the air conditioning or ceiling fan above keeps you cool.

Kitchen
Tippy Canoe Lodge has a fully equipped kitchen, making it easy to prepare meals in your beautiful rental house. There is even a grocery store in the Big Canoe Community, so you can easily grab ingredients, snacks, and drinks for the home. The kitchen has an island with an oven and cooktop, stainless steel cookware, dishes, glassware and utensils, and plenty of cooking tools. Stock the refrigerator with all you need, and enjoy extras like the trash compactor and the extra-large marine cooler here! 

Bedrooms
After a day having fun in North Georgia, come back to the cozy bedrooms of Tippy Canoe Lodge. Beds offer high-quality linens for guests, with a mix of bedding for any group. The primary bedroom on the main floor has a king-size bed, and the downstairs bedrooms have queen beds. Upstairs, find 2 queen-size beds in one bedroom and 2 bunk beds in another. 

Downstairs Living Room
Head downstairs to a second living room that features plush leather seating, a flatscreen TV mounted on the wall, a large coffee table, and large picture windows that frame beautiful wooded views. Find space to watch some shows, have a movie night, or let little ones crawl around and play. And with easy access to the deck, you can get some fresh air anytime. 

Loft
A great spot for kids (or kids at heart) to play, the loft in Tippy Canoe Lodge has a kids’ foosball table, a sofa, some games, a basketball hoop, and a flatscreen TV mounted on the wall. Large windows let in plenty of natural light, and there are sports decals and pillows for a fun theme. 

Outdoor Spaces
The outdoor spaces at Tippy Canoe Lodge are convenient and inviting. The flat, paved driveway offers easy arrivals, and there is parking for 2 at the house. Guests can enjoy meals on the deck with seating for a group and umbrellas for sunny days. The grill is great for cookouts, and there is an extra-large marine cooler available as well. 

On the screened-in deck, sit back with a drink at the table or have your coffee in peace as the sun comes up. There is a ceiling fan for those hot summer days, and there is even a fireplace for those cool nights by the lake. 

Other Amenities
Stay connected while away with the Wi-Fi in the home. There is also a washer/dryer for washing towels after days at the community swimming pool or days on Lake Petit. And Tippy Canoe Lodge is within walking distance of the pool and fitness center in Big Canoe Community!

Big Canoe Community(about 1 ½ hours from Atlanta) offers many great amenities for guests staying in the Big Canoe vacation rentals. Enjoy mountain views as you explore the miles of hiking trails, play at the 27-hole golf course and stop by the clubhouse, have a picnic with lake views, hike to waterfalls, play tennis, or try one of the great restaurants in Big Canoe! 

While some community amenities in Big Canoe are free, others may require an on-site fee — please note this is not included in the rental price.

While Tippy Canoe Lodge has plenty to do, guests will find even more on their North Georgia getaway just outside the doors of their rental home. Nearby towns of Dahlonega, Dawsonville, Ellijay, Blue Ridge, and Helen have plenty more to do – all within an easy drive of your luxury house rental.
