Bedrooms

Say goodnight to friends and tuck in the kiddos because it’s relaxation time in your private suite. At this cabin rental in Big Canoe, you’ll have 5 quality bedrooms — including a spacious main bedroom on the entry level with custom furnishings, a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a step-in shower and garden tub, a mounted flatscreen TV, and direct access to the main deck with mountain views!

The lower level features a king bedroom and a queen bedroom that share a bathroom, along with a bedroom with 2 twins and a shower/bath and a bedroom with 2 full beds and a shower/bath. There is also a half bath on the main level near the kitchen and den.

To accommodate up to 12 guests, there are 4 full bathrooms and 1 half bathroom; one of the bathrooms also has a shower chair.

Outdoor Spaces

When you plan to head into town or check out community amenities, the few steps, flat and paved driveway, plus parking for 6-7 vehicles with a carport make it a whole lot easier!

Wash personal laundry, reuse provided towels, and freshen up linens with the washer, dryer, iron, ironing board, and huge stainless steel sink in the nice laundry room with a scenic window. You can also connect to the free Wi-Fi to post trip videos and photos with ease. Please note this house rental is not pet friendly.

Within this 8,000-acre gated community, you’ll have full access to 4 swimming pools, 3 lakes with a marina to rent kayaks, paddleboards, and pontoon boats, 20 miles of hiking trails, 16 hard and clay tennis courts, and a 27-hole golf course.

But that’s not all! You can hang out at the multimillion-dollar clubhouse, work out at the fitness center, and soothe muscles in the sauna or hot tub. There are also a variety of restaurants, a grocery store, a chapel, 3 reception venues, 2 waterfalls, playfields, and a post office. You won’t even need to leave the community to make memories together!

While some community amenities in Big Canoe Community are free, others may require an on-site fee — please note this is not included in the rental price.

Local Fun

While you’ll have loads to do inside the community, we do recommend traveling out to experience Appalachian culture and traditions while staying at your Big Canoe rental. Along with wine tasting, geocaching, horseback riding, outlet shopping, dining, hiking, river tubing, and museum tours, there are so many things to do in Dawsonville, Jasper, Marble Hill, and Talking Rock. Plus, you’ll be within a reasonable drive to nearby historic towns, like Ellijay, Blue Ridge, Dahlonega, and Helen.
