Feeling nostalgic? Hop in the car and drive on up at the Swan Drive-In! Watch new movies – the old way – at this classic date night spot. While you watch, snack on funnel cake, fried Oreos, popcorn, hot dogs, nachos, soft pretzels, candy, and a classic Coca-Cola.

Possibly our favorite way for couples to spend a day in North Georgia, scenic drives are a must. Whether you’re coming from Atlanta or Tennessee or you’re staying in town, you’ll find some wonderful drives to enjoy the natural beauty of the mountains. Pack a picnic lunch and a cooler with drinks before heading out on the Blue Ridge Parkway. Stop at scenic overlooks, visit nearby Dahlonega and Ellijay, go to historic sites, plan a day in Brasstown Bald, or step back in time with Bavarian charm in historic Helen, Georgia.
Go Chasing Waterfalls
If you love an outdoor adventure and want to experience the natural beauty of the North Georgia mountains, one of the most romantic things you can do is go searching for waterfalls!
