Home to a collection of art from dozens of local artists, High Country Art & Antiques is a beautiful showcase of local talent. Each artist impresses with unique pieces, from pottery and paintings to wood carvings and light fixtures – and everything in between.
Nancy Baskets weaves with kudzu, Sandra Erickson Wright turns unique surfaces – including tin ceiling tiles – into whimsical animal paintings, and Lynn Chastain creates incredible wood pieces like birdhouses, bowls, and pens. Kell Gallagher designs custom coffee tables, Ann McCormick creates custom textiles, and Ali Leja uses a variety of mediums and a lot of positivity to bring a smile with each piece she creates.
Dozens more artists showcase their work at this local gallery, where guests are invited to browse or work with an artist on creating a custom piece. Traditional, contemporary, impressionist…jewelry, ceramics, acrylics, photography, fine crafts, metal art…find it all at this gem of a Blue Ridge art gallery! Located on Main Street in the heart of downtown Blue Ridge, Georgia, Multitudes Gallery is another wonderful local art gallery! Focused on handblown glass pieces, Multitudes Gallery features the work of more than 75 artists with national and international recognition. The incredible glass pieces include bowls, vases, flowers, lights, outdoor art, sculptures, and more.
But Multitudes – as the name would suggest – does not just feature glass art. This North Georgia gallery also includes local artists’ jewelry, ironwork, photography, wood pieces, oil paintings, watercolors, ceramic pottery, and so much more. They are also always adding new pieces and artists to their gallery, so it’s always a great time to stop by and find unique pieces!

Turning Leaf Fine Art Gallery represents focus: Focus on American-only art and a focus on more than 55 American artists who were specially selected to showcase their work at this local gallery. The owners, Dean and Arlene Becken, are detailed in their selection process, and they love sharing all they can about the art they feature and the artists behind the work. At Turning Leaf Wood Art, it’s not just about browsing or buying a new piece for your home – it’s about immersing yourself in the arts culture of the Blue Ridge Mountains.
Walls here are dotted with paintings in all forms, sculptures grace the floors, and unique mediums for pottery include Crystalline, Horse Hair, Ox Blood Red, Raku, Saggar, and more. The gallery also features handmade fabrics, wood art, pieces carved from gourds, glass art, metal pieces…and the list goes on and on. The gallery even offers artist receptions and demonstrations, allowing guests to get to know the artist – and the techniques – behind the art.
