The paneled ceiling with skylights and wood floors plus the stacked stone, wood-burning fireplace help create that classic mountain cabin experience. A sprawling sectional invites you to lounge for as long as you like in front of the spectacular views, big screen TV with smart capabilities, and crackling fireplace. There’s even a telescope here for stargazing or getting up close to the mountain range. 

Kitchen

Step through the dining area to the fully equipped kitchen at your Big Canoe cabin rental. Homemade meals are made easier with provided cookware, dishes, glassware, utensils, tools, and mugs. Appliances include a double-door refrigerator with 2 large drawers, a dishwasher, electric range, and overhead microwave. 

There’s an island with a wine rack and pass-through to the coffee station — boasting a mini fridge, small sink, brick counters, a mini espresso machine, plus a dual coffeemaker for pots and single cups of your favorite hot beverages. A second pass-through looks into the dining area to stay connected. Dining Area

Upstairs, the primary suite features a king-size bed, an alcove with a built-in bench, a chair and mounted TV, a private balcony with chairs overlooking the Blue Ridge Mountain vistas, plus an en-suite bathroom — with skylights, an indoor jetted bathtub, 2 separate vanities, and a large walk-in shower! The second bedroom here has a queen-size bed, skylight, and private bathroom with a shower/tub combo. 

On the entry level, curl up in another queen-size bed in the private bedroom with treetop and mountain views. You’ll also have an en-suite bathroom with another shower/tub combo. Through the secret den on the lower level, there’s a bedroom with 2 twin-over-twin bunks, each bed with its own light for staying up or reading. And the final bathroom offers another walk-in shower for added convenience on your mountain getaway.
