The fully equipped kitchen has full-size appliances, pots and pans, cooking tools, utensils, dishes, and glassware for a group. A window lets in sunlight, and a dining table nearby is great for meals together. The living room just steps away boasts plump sofas, a stacked-stone fireplace, and large picture windows framing the views. There is also a nice desk here for catching up on work, homeschooling, or just enjoying a crossword with coffee in the morning.
Bedrooms are fresh and calm, with a fun kids’ bunk room that has a cabin-style bunk bed, an attached bath, and a flatscreen TV. The spacious master suite has a king-size bed, TV, and a full bathroom with a jetted tub. Downstairs you’ll want to relax with the whole crew on the huge sectional and watch movies or sports on the 75-inch TV. You can play cards at the game table or challenge someone to a game of foosball, mini pool, or air hockey. You’re sure to find a favorite among the large selection of board games for young and old.

Kitchen
Much of a vacation is built around…food! This Big Canoe vacation rental makes mealtimes easy with a fully equipped kitchen. While Big Canoe Community has several exclusive restaurants, and North Georgia is home to some great farm-to-table restaurants, sometimes it’s nice to do your own cooking on a getaway. The kitchen is well-stocked with everything you need for meals and snacks, including a refrigerator and freezer, a coffeemaker, a dishwasher, an oven with a stovetop, and a microwave.
The kitchen is also furnished with dishes, glasses, utensils, pots and pans, bakeware, and cooking tools to make feeding your group a cinch. Find space to prep meals, a double sink, and space for more than one chef to help out.
Dining Area
The dining area of Creekside Peace sits between the living room and kitchen, so it’s easy to chat with guests, grab second helpings, and just hang out. The wood table with chairs and a bench sits beneath a modern chandelier. Sit down for a big breakfast before a day at the community swimming pools, pack up a picnic lunch to enjoy after an afternoon on the pontoon boats, or set a beautiful table with apple honey wine from Waldmet Cellars for the holidays.
When you’re not enjoying meals here, clear the table and break out some board games or decks of cards! It’s also a great spot for taking care of some work, coloring with the kids, doing a puzzle on rainy days, or setting up for homeschool.
Rec Room
The rec room at this North Georgia vacation rental is packed with fun for the whole family. Kids (and kids at heart) will love hanging out in this nice space! Guests can unwind on the large sectional sofa that offers seating for a group. The coffee table is perfect for piling up snacks and drinks.

Bedrooms
After a fun day playing in the community, shopping at boutiques downtown, eating Bigun’s Barbecue, and exlporing nearby Ellijay, retreat to your suite to rest and recharge. Bedrooms offer a mix of bed sizes for groups of up to 10 guests, with the kids’ bunk room a guest favorite! Upstairs you’ll find a bedroom with a queen bed and a “beary” cool kids’ room with a full-size bed plus a single bunk on top and a TV. These bedrooms also share a bathroom. There is also a second master retreat with a king-size bed and full bathroom.
Outdoor Spaces
Creekside Peace has 2 great deck spaces. Stay out of the elements on the screened-in deck or enjoy some sun and fresh air on the open deck. Take in tranquil tree scenes year-round and seasonal mountain views (better in winter) as you relax on the sofa or enjoy lunch at the dining table for 6. Pop open the umbrella on a sunny day and spend some time with the ones you love.
On the screened-in deck, sit back on the cushioned wicker loveseat. You can easily chat with guests on the open deck and stay comfortable with the ceiling fan. It will be a favorite for reading in the afternoon or enjoying tea or coffee as the sun comes up. There’s also a firepit off the patio in the backyard, where you can sip wine and swap stories. Or you can play cornhole or relax in the fenced-in yard while listening to the birds.
Community Amenities
Creekside Peace is located in the Big Canoe Community (about 1 ½ hours from Atlanta), meaning guests staying in this lovely rental home will have access to a stunning array of amenities. Take kayaks out on the lake, golf and stop by the clubhouse, enjoy a workout at the fitness center and unwind in the sauna, get a massage at the spa, or spend the day at the outdoor pools.
