A cozy cottage in the beautiful Big Canoe Community in Jasper, Georgia, Cottage on the Green offers mountain charm, golf course views, upgraded amenities, beautiful interiors, and all the comforts of home. Start days sipping coffee on the deck as you watch the golf course, enjoy breakfast made in the fully equipped kitchen, and cozy up in the living room in front of the wood-burning fireplace.

Big screen TVs offer Netflix in the home, and a pool table in the rec room is a fun way to spend the afternoon. Bedrooms are beautifully furnished and offer bathrooms for guests’ convenience, and there is even a wet bar for drinks in the rec space. Dining includes a nice table inside, plus a table on the open deck for outdoor meals on sunny days. 

On top of the great spaces at Cottage on the Green, guests will have access to the long list of amenities in the community. From a 27-hole golf course, wedding facilities, and 3 lakes to a grocery store, restaurants, and a fitness center with sauna, this community has all you need for a fantastic North Georgia getaway! 

Living Room

Just the place you want to settle in after a day hiking, boating, shopping, or taking a ride on the Blue Ridge Scenic Railway, the living room of Cottage on the Green feels just like home – but upgraded. Unwind on the sofa, relax in the matching armchair, or sit back in one of the chairs to read a book and sip a drink. The log coffee table adds a bit of rustic charm to this modern vacation rental, and the stacked-stone, wood-burning fireplace keeps the room feeling cozy on those cool nights at the lake. 

Flip on the big screen TV to watch your favorite shows on Netflix as you chat and reconnect. In the mornings, let the kids snuggle in with some cartoons or a movie as breakfast is made in the kitchen nearby. At night, put the kids to bed and have a laugh with a comedy and a glass of local wine or a cup of hot cocoa. There are also reading lamps here, along with large windows framing tree-studded views. 

Kitchen

A fully equipped kitchen is a great way to save money on vacation, but it’s also nice to be able to make your favorite meals, reheat leftovers, or just always have plenty of snacks and drinks in the rental home. It’s fully finished with a microwave, dishwasher, oven with glass stovetop, and refrigerator/freezer. You will also have a toaster oven, coffeemakers, and enough counter space to prep, chop, and serve. 

The kitchen in Cottage on the Green also has dishes, glasses, mugs, utensils, and cooking tools, so you won’t have to worry with paper plates, plastic cups, or bringing too much from home for your favorite meals. 

Dining Area

Set between the kitchen and the main living area, the dining space is convenient for guests to grab second helpings or chat and relax. Set beneath a unique light fixture, the beautiful wood table offers padded seating for 6 guests. Have meals together here, whether it’s a hearty pre-hike breakfast, an easy pizza lunch, or a big holiday dinner. 

If you have a full house, spill over to the living room or take advantage of the dining table outside. And when you’re done with meals, clear the table and get ready for family game night. After a day on Lake Petit, a night of board games and card games is just what you need! Bring your favorites to play, make some snacks in the kitchen, and keep drinks on hand at the breakfast bar nearby. 

Bedrooms

The 4 bedrooms in this vacation home offer the comforts of home, nice decor, and lakeside touches. One bedroom has 2 twin beds and a fun nautical theme. This bedroom has its own bathroom with a bathtub/shower combo and ample counter space and cabinet space. Upstairs queen bedrooms share a bathroom, and the master suite has a TV and its own bathroom with a double vanity and jetted tub/shower combo.

Rec Room

Have some fun in the rec room of Cottage on the Green, which is furnished for fun and relaxation. Kick back on the plush leather sofa or unwind on the matching loveseat. Flip on the reading lamp and open a good book, sit back in the armchair with a drink, and flip on the big screen TV to watch your favorite shows on Netflix or something new on cable. 

While you relax, make some drinks at the beautiful wood bar here! It’s finished with plenty of glasses, an ice bucket, and more to help with your cocktails and pours. Just behind the sofa is a new pool table! Spend the afternoon shooting around and relaxing as you chat and hang out with friends and family. 

Outdoor Spaces

Enjoy the fresh air of the North Georgia mountains and the lake at the beautiful Cottage on the Green. This lovely vacation rental has a nice covered deck with privacy screens, padded wicker seating, a lamp, and a coffee table for drinks or snacks. There is even a ceiling fan here for those hot sumer days. 

On the open deck, enjoy the sun coming down as you have a meal at hte dining table or grill some fresh-caught fish. Along with wooded views, guests will enjoy golf course views from this gorgeous getaway!

Hate taking home loads of dirty laundry after vacation? Cottage on the Green has a washer and dryer in the house rental for your convenience. The home also offers Wi-Fi, making it easy to get some work done, stream shows, shop online, or just stay connected while you’re away. The home also has air conditioning for those hot summer days.
