Our CFY Advantage Plan covers inspections by seasoned professionals, preventative maintenance, basic inventory, bedbug treatment (and loss-of-income coverage due to bedbugs), keypad lock installation, pool service, and more. 

One monthly fee covers it all, making it easy to ensure your property is getting the best — while you sit back and enjoy the profits.

Guests need to have great experiences so that they will return and share their positive experiences with potential future guests. Naturally, items sometimes break, technology sometimes fails, and things wear out over time. You can’t prevent every issue that may arise for a guest, but we can do our best to ensure your property is well-maintained and in the best condition possible! We regularly spend time in your property to ensure it’s in top shape.

1. Basic Monthly Indoor & Outdoor Pest Control
Cabins in the mountains will inevitably encounter pests. Our monthly indoor and outdoor pest control keeps them at bay and helps protect your property from damage due to pests. It also ensures guests stay comfortable and happy in a pest-free home!

2. Bedbug Prevention & Treatment — Biannual K-9 Inspections
An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure is certainly true with bedbugs! We are proactive in regular bedbug prevention to lessen the risk of infestations that negatively affect guests.

3. 100% Coverage of Rental Income Loss Due to Bedbug Refunds
While we do use preventive measures, sometimes bedbugs happen. If bedbug issues persist and we must refund any guest stays, we cover 100% so that YOU don’t lose money!

4. Smart, Data-Linked Keypad Lock — Installation + Maintenance + Management
Guests hate having to check in at an office. Our keyless entry means guests can drive straight to their cabins and start their vacations right away. They won’t have to keep up with keys, and they can easily get in and out of the property during their stay. Additionally, these smart locks allow us to monitor who will be on your property — putting your mind at ease.

5. Basic Maintenance Supplies
Guests feel more at home when they have the basics. We cover light bulbs, HVAC filters, batteries, hot tub chemicals, game table pieces, etc., so you don’t have to worry about the details. When something basic runs out, we’ll take care of it!

Does your property have a private indoor or outdoor pool? Say hello to bonus coverage! We’ll install a smart, data-linked keypad lock on the door to the pool room for guest safety — which includes parental control so guests feel extra safe with kids around. This also lessens the risk of any short-term rental liability issues and lawsuits due to pool safety issues. Your pool property also gets:

  • Professional Pool Inspections — We’ll check for issues before they become a problem to keep your pool in the best shape for guests.
  • Towels for the Pool — Guests will always have pool towels on hand, allowing them to pack less and encouraging them to dry off to prevent excessive water damage to your floors.
