Offering outdoor fun for everyone in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains of Fannin County, the family-friendly Blue Ridge Adventure Park features a series of obstacle courses designed to challenge the mind and body. Most importantly, this aerial adventure park — only 1 mile from downtown Blue Ridge, Georgia — is a great way to make memories with family and friends! Encourage each other as you climb walls, cross suspended bridges, zoom along ziplines, and walk across tightropes. Follow our guide to plan your memorable North Georgia adventure!
Obstacle Challenge Course
Made up of 3 increasingly challenging levels (moderate – extreme) plus 50 obstacles in total, this massive obstacle course is suspended in the air, reaching up to 50 feet high. Along the adventure course, you’ll come across 125-foot ziplines, suspended bridges, tight ropes, climbing walls, nets, swinging bits, and quick jumps. Simple strap into your gear and adventure at a pace that works for your whole family along this self-guided course. Note: it takes roughly 2-3 hours to complete the entire course.
- Level 1: Hang On Sloopy
- Level 2: Crying the Blues
- Level 3: Truth Or Dare
Ground Level
Family fun at Blue Ridge Adventure Park wouldn’t be complete without obstacles for younger adventurers. So, there is an entire course just for smaller kids on the ground that’s basically like a super playset. You can’t find a kid-friendly obstacle course like this in any backyard — your kids (ages 5+) are going to love it!
Safety First!
With your safety in mind, Blue Ridge Adventure Park provides each participant with a helmet and gloves for added protection as you make your way through the course. You will also be required to wear a harness at all times and remain clipped to a safety line while attempting each obstacle.
For safety reasons, only ages 10+ (and those who can extend their arm 70 inches) may participate in the 3-level obstacle course. Not to worry, younger kids may play on the ground-level course! Remember: help is always available. However, if you need considerable help, you will not be allowed to continue to the next level in the course.
