Comprehensive Cabin Cleaning for Each Stay

Adhering to Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals (VRHP) standards, every stay at our North Georgia cabins begins with a meticulous cleaning process carried out by our professional team of housekeepers with industry-approved cleaning supplies. From fresh linens to sanitized surfaces, we take great care to prepare each vacation home thoroughly. Here’s a glimpse into our standard cleaning routine.

  • Sanitizing high-touch surfaces — remotes, doorknobs, light switches, etc.
  • Washing all linens — for bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchens
  • Dusting & vacuuming — floors, carpets, sofas, and upholstered furniture
  • Cleaning & disinfecting bathrooms — toilets, sinks, faucets, showers, etc.
  • Wiping down surfaces — countertops, coffee tables, backsplashes, nightstands, etc.
  • Replacing starter essentials — some toiletries, trash bags, toilet paper, etc.
  • Outdoor cleaning — patios, decks, any exterior furniture, and grills

Our attention to detail means you can rest easy, knowing your short-term rental is a haven of cleanliness. We also provide a starter kit for every guest’s stay, which includes paper towels, a sponge, dish soap, a dishwasher packet, and other essentials to help you get started!

Deep Cleans for Lasting Freshness

In addition to our routine cleaning schedule, our team conducts seasonal deep cleans to maintain each rental property’s comfort and aesthetic. During these thorough cleaning sessions, we tackle areas that might be overlooked during standard cleanings. Some steps we take include the following.

  • Vacuuming hard-to-reach spaces, dressers, closets, etc.
  • Wiping down light fixtures, baseboards, ceiling fans, and window sills
  • Washing windows, bathmats, trash cans, shower curtains, grout, etc.
  • Cleaning kitchen appliances like coffeemakers and toasters
  • Pressure washing outdoor amenities and furniture

From living rooms and kitchens to bedrooms and outdoor spaces, our deep cleans keep each cabin fresh and inviting — ensuring top-notch guest experiences throughout the year.

Departure Fees: Investing in Cleanliness

The departure cleaning fee covers the cost of our dedicated cleaning team and the high standards they uphold. After each guest departs, we meticulously clean every cabin to prepare for the next arrival. This fee allows us to ensure every guest finds a spotless, comfortable space to relax.

In a nutshell, you’re paying for our housekeepers to clean up after your stay, just as the previous guest did so you could check in to a beautiful, clean vacation rental property — free of cobwebs, grime, lint, and dust!
