Living Room
Start the day relaxing in the living room of The Water’s Edge, furnished with a charming mountain sofa by the gas fireplace. On a cool mountain evening, curl up on the sofa with a cup of hot cocoa as you chat with family and friends and laugh about the day. Turn on some music to set a fun or romantic mood, flip on the tabletop lamp to read, and just hang out. The kitchen is nearby, so you can easily grab snacks and drinks.

Kitchen
The Water’s Edge boasts a fully equipped kitchen, so you can make meals, pour drinks, brew coffee, and whip up snacks for your group. Bright white appliances keep the space feeling open and fresh, and there is ample counter space for prepping meals. Keep the refrigerator/freezer stocked with ingredients for meals, drinks, and treats. Bake cookies and casseroles in the oven or simmer dinner on the stovetop.

There is a double sink so you can easily wash up, and you’ll have extras like a coffeemaker, utensils, dishes and glasses, mugs, cooking tools, and pots and pans. Make decadent meals during the holidays, make easy picnic-style lunches in the afternoons, and cook delicious breakfasts before big days of hiking and outdoor adventures.

Cooking in the cabin is a great way to save money while on vacation or to make your favorite meals. Even if you’re not into cooking, you can stock the space with snacks or use it to reheat leftovers after meals in town.

Mine for gems, fish, and play miniature golf at the Lilly Pad Village, explore hiking trails in the Aska Adventure Area, go biking, attend a fair at the Georgia Mountain Fairgrounds, pick apples, head to a family farm, and so much more!

Bedrooms
Find comfort and relaxation in the bedrooms at The Water’s Edge. There are 3 bedrooms in all, along with 2 full bathrooms and 1 half bathroom. The home can sleep up to 8 guests, with a nice mix of bedding. Guests will find 2 king-size beds, 1 queen-size bed, and 1 bunk bed.

After a busy day on your family vacation, enjoy some time to yourself in a private bedroom here. Lush trees fill in the windows, so you can rest and feel tucked away at this North Georgia gem. Bedrooms also have TVs, and there are DVDs in the cabin along with Wi-Fi so you can stay connected.

Outdoor Spaces
Sit back and relax in the nice outdoor spaces at this lovely vacation rental. In the morning, enjoy your coffee or tea at the table on the deck as you look out over the trees. There is a porch swing where you can relax, or you can take a walk down to the yard to take a nap in the hammock, sit on the dock, or cast a line in Fightingtown Creek. It’s also a great spot for chatting and relaxing with the sounds of the creek as the background. There are also nearby walking trails, so you can easily get out and explore – enjoying the beauty of nature all around you.
