Whether you’ve just returned from the Jasper Marble Festival, wine tasting at a local vineyard, or fishing at Lake Sconti, you’ll appreciate a welcoming and restful space to unwind at your Big Canoe rental. Big picture windows line the back wall, letting in plenty of natural light and treetop views during the day. And the gorgeous river rock fireplace is wood burning for a traditional mountain experience.

Before entering the space, you’ll go through the entryway that features a classic window bench, where you can take off your shoes or leave items before plopping onto the sectional. For entertainment, you can switch on the big screen TV and watch shows or movies together. On chilly nights in North Georgia, toss a few logs into the fireplace and warm up the space. Sip wine, coffee, tea, or cocoa, and chat with friends and family while the fire crackles and burns bright.

Kitchen
Got leftovers from Mountains Grill in Big Canoe Community or Biggun’s Barbecue in town? Store them plus homemade fudge, farmers market produce, and drinks in the fully outfitted kitchen at your Big Canoe rental. Continuing with the open concept, the kitchen is bright and brimming with peaceful wooded scenery that chefs in your group will appreciate.

Appliances include a large refrigerator, a stove and oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, plus standard drip and single-cup coffeemakers. Pots, pans, plates, bowls, glasses, cutlery, and mugs are all provided as well. There’s a double sink with a nice window and an island that houses the range plus bar seating. With this great kitchen, you can cook homemade meals, reheat food, bake sweet treats, mix cocktails, and whip up midnight snacks throughout your stay.

Dining Area
Between the kitchen and living room is the dining area at this Big Canoe rental. The lovely table features matching chairs and a bench beneath the elegant chandelier while additional seating can be found at the breakfast bar in the kitchen. The space is bright during the day and atmospheric at night. You can dine, play board games, make crafts, and chat together at this versatile table.

Den

Each bedroom features a TV and mesmerizing wooded views. Not to mention, the main bedroom has custom furniture, an armchair, plus an en-suite bathroom with his-and-her sinks, a walk-in shower, and an indoor jetted tub!

With 3 full bathrooms and 1 half bathroom, up to 12 guests can get ready to head out for the day or stay in for the night with ease. Enjoy a steamy shower or spa bubble bath, then change into your silk pajamas before hopping into bed to read, watch entertainment for a spell, or cuddle with your partner. 

Outdoor Spaces
Peaceful views of the towering trees offer serenity while you reconnect with nature and loved ones at your Big Canoe rental home. Flip taco burgers, hot dogs, prime steaks, or veggie kabobs on the gas grill for a mountain cookout and dine at the outdoor table with an umbrella on the open deck. 

For more shade on sunny days or shelter on rainy afternoons, the screened deck is the place to be, preferably with a cup of coffee or tea and a few close friends. Below, you’ll find a covered deck with Adirondack chairs and a hammock, great for swaying away your worries and cares with a nap or a book. 

To add to your travel notes, the roads to this North Georgia cabin rental are flat and paved for easier arrivals and departures throughout your stay. Plus, the driveway is also flat and paved, and there is only 1 step up to reach the covered front porch, helping you easily unload or reload the cars.

Other Amenities
Want more comforts of home on your relaxing mountain retreat? High speed Wi-Fi is provided free of charge, and there is a stacked washer and dryer in the home for all your laundry needs, be it linens, clothes, or towels. You’ll also have keyless entry into the vacation home, which means you won’t need to stop by an office at all! Please note this house rental is not pet friendly.

There are 20 miles of hiking trails to explore plus waterfalls to discover. You can take a scenic drive or hop on a mountain bike. There’s also beach volleyball, picnic spots, a 200-foot rockslide, playfields, playgrounds, restaurants, a multimillion-dollar clubhouse, a post office, event venues, and a nearby grocery store. 

While some community amenities in Big Canoe Community are free, others may require an on-site fee — please note this is not included in the rental price.
