Beautiful mountain house, the views of the sunset over the mountains were incredible. The fireplace made the home so cozy and the hot tub felt extra awesome in the mornings and evenings. The driveway was steep and made of gravel rocks, so just drive a car capable of handling that!

Cabin was absolutely beautiful! View was outstanding (even so that we just lost track of time on the porch multiple times.) Both pups and dog parents LOVED the genus porch gate idea! 😊 The cabin lacked nothing! Just bring your own firewood. Our Subaru Outback made it up and down the driveway without any problem whatsoever. I would definitely recommend AWD to get up there! Our days started with homemade breakfast and soaking up the serene views. We then ventured out in the afternoon. Visited Vogel State park, Long Creek Falls (be prepared for the bumpy drive up) and both were beautiful. Had Bbq at Jim’s Smokin Que (do yourself a favor and get the sweet potato fries!) In the evenings, we made dinner and enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit… we even met the neighborhood mountain kitty 🐱 on our last night. All in all we had a wonderful stay and would definitely go back. If you want peace and quiet, book now!
