Inside, whip up a meal in the fully equipped kitchen that boasts stainless steel appliances, contemporary black cabinetry, and plenty of counter space for prepping. A dining table sits nearby, and the living room features a beautiful stacked-stone fireplace (wood burning), cozy couches, and a big screen TV with Netflix for your favorite shows or movies.
A second living area has comfy seating, another fireplace, a warm cabin rental feel, and a pool table for some fun. You can unwind on the screened-in deck as the sun goes down and then head to bed in one of the 4 comfortable bedrooms. In all, this 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom rental house has space for 9 guests with 1 king-size bed, 2 queen-size beds, and 3 twin-size beds.

Living Room
The living room of Three Bears is beautifully furnished, with 2 plush sofas by the stacked-stone, wood-burning fireplace. Cozy up on the sofas here as you read a book by lamplight, sip some hot cocoa as the fire crackles, or just chat and reconnect with friends.
The big screen TV has Netflix, so you can stream your favorite shows, start a new series, or flip on a movie and settle in. Kids can watch cartoons here as you make breakfast in the kitchen nearby, or you can turn on a romantic comedy and sip some local wine after the kids head to bed.
Another great feature of the living room is the wall of windows that frames stunning mountain views. Sunlight floods in on beautiful days, and you’ll have a bird’s eye view of the changing colors of fall and the snowfall in winter. Slide the glass door here and step out for some fresh air while relaxing here.
Kitchen
Three Bears offers a fully equipped kitchen that features sleek stainless steel appliances, painted black cabinets, a pop of color with red dishware, wine storage, ample counter space, and plenty of utensils, glasses, and cooking tools. Easily prep meals on the counters, simmer veggies on the stovetop, bake casseroles or cookies in the oven, reheat leftovers in the microwave, and keep ingredients fresh in the refrigerator. Even cleanup is easy with the dishwasher here.
A breakfast bar has seating for 2 and is a great place to set out snacks or treats for the day. The kitchen also has a blender, Keurig coffeemaker and drip coffeemaker, plenty of freezer space, and great views just through the living room.
Dining Area
Enjoy meals together at the dining table between the kitchen and living room. The long wood table has seating for 6, with 3 chairs and a padded bench. Gather here for a holiday feast, an easy pizza dinner, a nice lunch with a view, or a hearty breakfast before you head out for a day on Lake Petit or on the miles of hiking trails within Big Canoe.
Second Living Space | Rec Space
Head down the steps when your group needs some extra space. A second living area features a cozy sofa, an oversized chair with an ottoman, another fireplace, and lots of wood for a cozy cabin rental feel. Gather here to hang out and relax, enjoy an afternoon nap, read a book, and just unwind. Just off this space is a rec space, which has a pool table for fun! Shoot around when you’re hanging out around the home.
Bedrooms
Each bedroom in Three Bears is its own retreat. Across the 4 bedrooms, find 1 king-size bed, 2 queen-size beds, and 3 twin-size beds. The master bedroom on the main floor has a king-size bed, and there are two bedrooms with 1 queen-size bed each. The fourth bedroom has 3 twin-size beds, which is great for a kids’ sleepover or a group of friends! There are also 3 bathrooms in the rental home for guests’ convenience.
Outdoor Spaces
Beautiful outdoor spaces abound at Three Bears, giving you plenty of chances to breathe in the fresh air, enjoy gorgeous views of the North Georgia mountains, and soak in the peace of nature. Spend mornings on the screened-in deck, sipping coffee or tea as the sun comes up.
Or you can step out onto the open deck to get some sun and enjoy more mountain views. The spacious deck features plenty of seating, a dining table with unbelievable views, and a grill for cookouts. This vacation home also boasts a flat, paved driveway to make arrivals easier.
Other Amenities
Feel right at home at Three Bears with conveniences to make your stay easier. The laundry room has a washer/dryer for guests’ use (keep those linens fresh during a long stay), along with space to hang clothes that can’t be tossed in the dryer. If you’re traveling with a young child, take advantage of the portable crib found in the rental house. Three Bears also offers Wi-Fi, so you can stay connected, find more fun things to do in North Georgia, or stay on top of work while away – and air conditioning to stay cool in summer.

Big Canoe (about 1 ½ hours from Atlanta) boasts a ton of amenities for guests staying in one of the luxury house rentals in this gated, private community. Take kayaks and pontoon boats out on the lake, spend the day boating and fishing, have a picnic with lake views, visit the 27-hole golf course, stop by the clubhouse, get a workout in at the fitness center, enjoy the sauna, play squash and racquetball, play at the swimming pools, and more.
