Between chats, laughs, and memory making with loved ones, retreat to a mix of 2 king bedrooms and 2 daybeds with trundles in the third bedroom, perfect for the kids or singles in your group. A TV can be found in every bedroom for added entertainment, and Wi-Fi is free to tap into whenever you like. You’ll also have a washer/dryer to reuse towels or toss in a load after whitewater rafting, geocaching, or horseback riding in Appalachia.

Living Room

After a full day of exploring the Chattahoochee National Forest or downtown Jasper, GA, return to your Big Canoe vacation home to relax in the inviting living area. A 2-story wall of windows frames the rolling Blue Ridge Mountains and towering treetops, while antler chandeliers offer beautiful Appalachian illumination overhead. 

Pile onto the sink-worthy sectional and kick up your feet on the ottoman for a spell. An armchair offers a cozy reading spot, and there’s a wood-burning fireplace for even cozier moments in the mountains. For added entertainment, plan for movie nights with the big screen TV! Open concept, you’ll also have a second sitting area with a few chairs and a handy desk space to use as needed.

Kitchen

Featuring butcher-block counters, log cabinets, and slate appliances, the fully equipped kitchen at your Big Canoe vacation rental offers a convenient space to prepare meals, snacks, and drinks throughout your memorable North Georgia mountain getaway. Store restaurant leftovers and fresh ingredients in the fridge, cook breakfast and warm dinner with the double-oven range, and let the dishwasher clean up!

Bonus: there’s a hot drinks station with a standard drip coffeemaker and a Keurig. Enjoy sipping on freshly brewed coffee or tea whenever you want, the perfect pairing with morning, midday, or evening mountain vistas. 

Dining Area

Bedrooms

In the primary suite on the entry level, you’ll have a king-size bed, TV, beautiful mountain view, walk-in closet, and en-suite bathroom — boasting a double vanity and spacious walk-in shower with a built-in seat.

Upstairs, the second and third bedrooms offer another king-size bed plus 2 daybeds with trundles; each room also has a wooded view and its own TV to unwind at the end of the day. The shared second bathroom here has a shower/tub combo, great for bubble baths or salt soaks. Back on the entry level, there’s a bonus half bathroom for added convenience.

Outdoor Spaces

Ahh, mesmerizing mountains and lofty trees beckon you to step onto the sprawling deck for coffee sips in Adirondack chairs, cornhole games with friends, or a cookout to remember with the gas grill at your Big Canoe lodge. The open side offers full nature immersion, ideal for cloud watching or stargazing. 

The covered side features cozier options, like sipping wine in a swivel chair while chatting by a crackling fire or watching a movie on the outdoor TV! Whether you’re here for a family vacation or a weekend with your best pals, this space will be a favorite communal spot to hang out.

Inside this 8,000-acre gated community, you’ll have access to 3 lakes — Lake Petit, Lake Sconti, and Lake Disharoon — for fishing, kayaking, paddleboarding, and sunbathing with lake views. Swimming pools can be found inside and outside for year-round options. The Wellness Center features workout equipment as well as a sauna and hot tub to really unwind.

The paved driveway offers parking for up to 4 vehicles, including a spacious carport; there are 2 steps up to reach the porch.

While some amenities in the Big Canoe Community are free, others may require an on-site fee — please note this is not included in the rental price.
