Bedrooms

The entry-level primary suite offers a soaring ceiling, a plush king-size bed, gorgeous woodwork, and direct access to the outdoor lounge with a fireplace and sweeping Toccoa River views. The en-suite bathroom features a luxury garden tub, a rain showerhead shower, a large double vanity with sunken sinks, and a stone counter. A second bedroom on the entry level has a queen-size bed and deck access, with a tiled shower and handrails in the attached bathroom. On the lower level, a third bedroom boasts a king-size bed and a large picture window framing the trees and river below, plus an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The driveway is gravel with parking for 3 vehicles and room for a trailer. While this property is not ADA compliant, the entry level was designed with accessibility in mind, featuring a ramp to the front door and a zero-entry shower.
