Make great homemade meals in the upgraded kitchen that features stainless steel appliances, a gas range, Keurig and drip coffeemakers, and plenty of dishes and utensils for meals in the home. Gather at the welcoming dining table or cozy up in the living room in front of the wood-burning fireplace and the big screen TV. Bedrooms offer a mix of king, queen, and full beds and include creature comforts – including TVs – for guests.

Outside, relax on the screened-in porch, play ping pong on the deck, have lunch at the outdoor dining table, and toss burgers or fresh-caught fish on the grill. The open deck also has a heater, great for unwinding on cool mountain nights. 

Mountain Bearadise also features a foosball table, Wi-Fi throughout the rental home, board and card games, new big screen LED smart TVs, Dish Network and Netflix, quality linens, and kid-friendly extras like a high chair and portable crib. 

This mountain retreat also boasts access to community amenities in Big Canoe, including miles of hiking trails, waterfalls, a golf course, tennis courts (clay and hard), a fitness center, a spa, wedding facilities, playgrounds, and more! 

Living Room

Beautifully decorated with modern mountain decor, the living room of Mountain Bearadise welcomes guests to relax, unwind, and enjoy some quality time together. On those cool mountain days, get a crackling fire going in the wood-burning fireplace as you read a book in the plush oversized chair or curl up on the sofa. 

A new big screen LED smart TV is mounted above the fireplace and features Dish Network TV and Netflix. Stream your favorite shows, start a new series, or turn a movie on for a great night in. Kids can snuggle up here for cartoons in the morning as breakfast is prepared in the kitchen nearby. This vacation rental also has Wi-Fi, so you can easily stay connected. 

Kitchen

Mountain Bearadise offers a fully stocked kitchen, so you can easily make snacks, mix up drinks, and prepare meals for the group. Enjoy easy cleanup with the new dishwasher, get dinner or sweet treats going in the oven with a gas range, and keep all your ingredients fresh in the double-door refrigerator with a bottom drawer freezer. It has an icemaker and water in the door, and the kitchen is stocked with bakeware, glasses, dishes and utensils, and plenty of cooking tools. 

Start the day with a cup of coffee from the Keurig before everyone gets up or brew a full pot with the group with the drip coffeemaker. Make popcorn for movies nights in the microwave, enjoy breakfast at the breakfast bar, or set out a buffet of snacks and game-day foods along the countertops. 

Dining Area

The dining table sits between the living room and kitchen. The rich wood table with chairs and a padded bench sits beneath an elegant light fixture. Enjoy nice breakfasts here before a day at the outdoor swimming pool, laid-back lunches after kayaks on the lake, or nice dinners together. Set a beautiful holiday spread or just get takeout at one of the restaurants within Big Canoe and enjoy dinner in the home. 

Bedrooms

Beautiful bedrooms throughout Mountain Bearadise offer little retreats within the home. There are 4 bedrooms in all, along with 4 ½ bathrooms – with a total sleeping capacity of 10. Two bedrooms have queen-size beds, one has a king-size bed, and the fourth has 2 full-size beds. There is also a trundle bed in a common space, great for more guests or an afternoon nap. 

Each bedroom has its own TV, along with conveniences like dressers, nightstands, and ceiling fans. After you’ve spent the day riding pontoon boats on Lake Petit, picnicking lakeside, playing beach volleyball, hiking on the miles of trails within Big Canoe, or exploring more of North Georgia, come back to these beautiful bedrooms for some well-deserved rest. 

Outdoor Spaces

Mountain Bearadise offers 2 large back decks for some fresh air and nice mountain views. On the upper deck, get some sun as you have lunch at the dining table or toss some steaks on the new gas grill. There is even a heater, so you can stay warm as you chat outside on cool mountain nights.

The lower EZE Breeze screened-in porch offers a nice place to enjoy fresh air and shade – away from the elements. Sit down for a drink at the 4-person glass-top table or unwind on the padded wicker bench. The screened-in porch also boasts a new outdoor ping pong table, another table, and more seating. It’s a great space for multiple guests to play and relax together. 

Extra outdoor amenities include a flat, paved driveway and 4 parking spaces. Plus, the rental home is within walking distance of an outdoor pool, the beach, and the fitness center in Big Canoe! 

Other Amenities

Mountain Bearadise was designed with your comfort in mind. Stay on top of pool towels and laundry with the washer/dryer here, and enjoy an elevated stay with new furniture throughout. The house rental also offers a portable crib and highchair, great for those with little ones. And you’ll stay cool with air conditioning on those summer days.

Big Canoe is private and gated, ensuring a peaceful and comfortable stay for guests in the Big Canoe vacation rentals. Along with the long list of outdoor amenities, Big Canoe has wedding facilities, a post office, a grocery store, a fitness center and sauna, a hot tub, a clubhouse, hiking trails, restaurants, and more! 

While some community amenities in Big Canoe are free, others may require an on-site fee — please note this is not included in the rental price.

Towns of Ellijay, Dahlonega, Dawsonville, Helen, and Blue Ridge are home to unique attractions, fall festivals, family farms, and plenty more to explore. Big Canoe is about 1 ½ hours from Atlanta, so you can easily take day trips to the city and charming mountain towns.

Great for a day with the kids, Lilly Pad Village features gem mining, miniature golf, and a pond where families can do some fishing! 

Amicalola Falls 

Take a hike to the state’s highest waterfall, the 729-foot Amicalola Falls in the Amicalola Falls State Park.
