This 4-bedroom, 4½-bathroom cabin rental in Big Canoe features 3,150 square feet of space to spread out and unwind every day of your Blue Ridge Mountain getaway in Jasper, Georgia.

Cook full meals, mix drinks, and store sweet treats in the outfitted kitchen and dine at the formal table, laughing and chatting about your time at a local museum or winery. Following the open concept at this Big Canoe rental, the living room invites you to toss snacks on the coffee table, sit down, and enjoy quality time together. You can read by a crackling fire on chilly evenings, turn on the big screen TV to watch Netflix, or simply sip coffee while gazing at tree-studded views through the large windows.

For more space, there’s another sitting area with a TV and sofas upstairs. It’s a nice space to retreat and read, or you can make it the kids’ hangout for the duration of your trip. They’ll have their own space to unwind, chill, and play.

Windows around the room let in tons of natural light and tree-studded views during the day, adding to your mountain experience. You can also host epic movie nights in the media space — featuring a huge 75-inch TV with DISH Network and Netflix options, a plush sectional to get comfy with bowls of popcorn, and a cozy fireplace for chillier eves.


Finding treasures at North Georgia flea markets, ziplining through the treetops, or sunbathing with scenic lake views in the community may leave you tired. At your cabin rental in Big Canoe, there are 4 bedrooms — each with an en-suite bathroom. The main bedroom even has a TV, a walk-in closet, custom furnishings, wooded views, his-and-her sinks, plus an indoor jetted tub for spa baths anytime! 

Every mattress in the home features a pillowtop for added comfort. There’s a king-size bed in the main bedroom, and the second bedroom features a queen-size bed. The remaining two bedrooms each have 2 twin-size beds. For convenience, there is an additional half bathroom in the home.

Outdoor Spaces

When visiting the Blue Ridge Mountains, having your own outdoor spaces to unwind is so lovely. At this Big Canoe, GA, cabin rental, there are multiple decks to spread out, and all of them feature serene wooded views. You can even see peeks of the well-manicured golf course. Cook burgers, veggies, or steaks on the gas grill and dine at the table on the screened-in deck. And sip morning coffee, afternoon tea, or evening moonshine in the rocking chairs. 

Conveniently, you’ll have a flat, paved driveway with parking for 3 vehicles. And there are only 4 steps up to the front porch, making unloading suitcases or groceries much easier throughout your stay. 

Other Amenities

Along with fun, relaxation, and entertainment, this North Georgia cabin rental has high speed Wi-Fi, free of charge to all guests, as well as a laundry room with a washer and dryer to use as needed for towels, linens, and clothes. Please note this house rental is not pet friendly.

Near Big Canoe Village and a sandy beach area, Hillside Retreat is within walking distance to community amenities within Big Canoe. Across 8,000 acres, you’ll find an array of things to do with family and friends. Hang out at the multimillion-dollar clubhouse, work out at the fitness center before slipping into the hot tub or sauna, and grab a bite to eat at a community restaurant. You can also grab food at the grocery store, mail items at the post office, and pay a visit to the chapel. 

Want more options? There are plenty! Tee off at the community golf course, play tennis with your best friend, or swim at outdoor pools. You can plan an event at one of 3 reception venues or rent a pontoon boat, kayak, or paddleboard at one of the 3 lakes. There are even 10 hiking trails throughout the community plus 2 waterfalls! And the fun doesn’t end there…

While some community amenities in Big Canoe are free, others may require an on-site fee — please note this is not included in the rental price.
