Conveniences begin as soon as you arrive, with the flat, paved driveway, 2-car garage, and parking space for about 8 vehicles total. The beautiful wood and stained-glass front door is framed by large columns and beautiful stone details. The grand welcome is just a peek of what you’ll find right inside this luxury house rental. The open layout of the main floor offers a lodge-like feel, with exposed wood beams, high-end light fixtures, a large fireplace, sleek leather seating, and warm wood tones throughout. Prepare decadent meals in the fully equipped gourmet kitchen, chat with friends at the bar stools at the breakfast bar, cozy up in front of the big screen LED smart TV, and gather around the dining table surrounded by large picture windows and incredible lake views and views of the Blue Ridge Mountains. 

For lunch, toss fresh-caught fish on the new Weber gas grill on the deck, enjoy lakeside views from the screened-in deck, play foosball and ping pong, soak away stress in the hot tub, or catch a nap in one of the hanging beds on the deck. At night, fall asleep in one of the gorgeous bedrooms – with a mix of king, queen, twin, and bunk beds.

Living Room
Feel like you’re in a private mountain lodge at Field of Stars when you relax and unwind in the luxurious living room. Boasting high ceilings, exposed wood beams, modern lighting, warm colors, and a large stone fireplace stretching to the ceiling, it perfectly blends form and function. 

Sit back in the reclining sofas to rest, set a game out on the ottoman to play, cozy up in front of the fireplace, and enjoy a drink and quality time with family and friends. Flip on the floor lamp to read or turn on the TV and stream your favorite shows or a movie. 

After a day paddling kayaks, taking a scenic drive around North Georgia, hiking to area waterfalls, and enjoying the beauty of Big Canoe, come back to Field of Stars to enjoy relaxing, chatting, and reconnecting – with an unbelievable view. 

Kitchen
The fully equipped gourmet kitchen in Field of Stars is outfitted with quality appliances, cooking tools, bakeware, dishes and glasses, utensils, and plenty of counter space for prepping and cooking meals or whipping up snacks. The long breakfast bar has barstools for 6, and there is space in the kitchen for more than one chef at a time. 

Keep meal ingredients fresh in the refrigerator, bake cookies and meals in the oven, make breakfast on the gas range, brew some coffee for the group, and easily clean up with the dishwasher here. The open setup means guests cooking or grabbing a snack won’t miss out on the conversations and fun in the living room or dining area. 

Dining Area
One of the best views in the house is here in the dining area! It’s conveniently set between the kitchen and living room and boasts a beautiful wood dining table for 8 and 3 walls of floor-to-ceiling picture windows. As you sit down for family-style meals, enjoy the rolling blue hills in the background! It’s the perfect place to start your day with coffee and homemade breakfast. Or you can gather here to chat and sip once the kids have gone to bed. 

After meals, clear the table and make this your family game night hub! Pack your favorite board games and card games, bring along puzzles, or set up a crafting station for the kids. It’s also a great spot for homeschooling or catching up on some work while you’re away. 

Bedrooms
Across this beautiful vacation rental, find space to sleep up to 15 guests total. There are 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and even hanging beds on the decks! The master bedroom on the main level has a king-size bed, a large walk-in closet, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower, jetted tub, double vanities, 2 toilets, and more. A second bedroom on the main floor has another king-size bed, along with a new shower/bath in the hallway. Upstairs, a king-size bed is paired with its own HVAC system for complete comfort. A king-size bed on the terrace level has a tub/shower in the hallway. There are also 2 queen bedrooms, one with a twin-over-full bunk bed! 

Outdoor Spaces
Along with amazing mountain views, Field of Stars has incredible outdoor amenities. Sip your drink on the deck as you look out over Lake Petit on a beautiful day. This completely secluded luxury home gives you ultimate privacy, all located near the center of the Big Canoe community. Soak away stress in the 6-person hot tub on the deck, read a book or just unwind on one of the hanging beds on the decks (1 full-size bed on the lower deck; 2 twin-size hanging beds on the screened-in porch), toss burgers on the new Weber gas grill, or enjoy some shade as you lie back in a lounger after a day swimming at the community outdoor pool. 

There is plenty of seating across all the deck spaces, so your group can easily spread out to relax at this vacation home. There will be no feeling cramped at this sprawling Big Canoe vacation rental! There is also lovely landscaping around the home, so you can get out and stretch your legs and get some fresh air. 

From a screened-in deck to a huge open deck, to nice covered deck areas, you’ll have your pick of sun, shade, and shelter from the elements when you’re enjoying the great outdoors at Field of Stars! 

Other Amenities
As if Field of Stars didn’t already offer enough, there are even more conveniences here. The brand-new front load washer and dryer make it easy to stay on top of laundry while away, and the home is fitted with high-speed Wi-Fi. There is a kitchenette on the lower level, and the home has 2 fireplaces for setting a cozy atmosphere. And with air conditioning throughout the home, you’ll stay cool on those hot summer days as well. 

Rec Room
A fun rec space has a foosball table for the competitive ones, along with a wet bar and mini-fridge for drinks. Relax on the plush sofa, cozy up by the fire, and flip on the big screen TV to watch Netflix, YouTube TV, a movie, or the big game. The home also has a ping pong table! 

Community Amenities
Big Canoe spans 8,000 acres and is private and gated for guests. Its list of amenities is seemingly endless, with a multi-million dollar clubhouse; 27-hole golf course; 16 clay and hard tennis courts; 3 lakes with pontoon boats, kayaks, and more; outdoor swimming pools; restaurants; a grocery store and chapel; a post office; 3 wedding areas; 10 hiking trails; waterfalls; a marina; playgrounds and fields; a dog park; a fitness center; a spa; and much, much more! 

While some community amenities in Big Canoe are free, others may require an on-site fee — please note this is not included in the rental price.
