On the entry level, the main suite offers a queen-size bed, ceiling fan, large windows, and an en-suite bathroom that features a step-in shower. On the second floor, there are 2 bedrooms — one with a king-size bed and the other with a queen-size bed — that share a bathroom with a walk-in shower. 

Downstairs, there is a bedroom with 2 twin-size bunk beds — one has an added trundle for even more sleeping space. The kiddos will love this room as it’s just off the cool game room! To note, the downstairs bathroom has another step-in shower, and there is another half bathroom in the mountain home for added convenience.

Outdoor Spaces
Splashing at outdoor pools in the community, taking scenic drives through Blue Ridge, and ziplining through the trees is super fun! However, it’s always nice to have your own outdoor spaces on your mountain retreat. At your Big Canoe rental, there are 2 decks and a front porch, where you can sip mochas, read, dine, and hang out with tranquil trees and golf course views. Sometimes, you can even spot mountain peaks in the distance in winter months. 

On the main deck, there’s a firepit table with chairs, benches, and a glider overlooking the grounds, ideal for marshmallows and story swapping. The pergola bench features fairy lights for magical evenings in the mountains, and there’s a covered table for outdoor meals and board games. On the top deck, you can flip burgers, steaks, kabobs, or hot dogs on the gas grill and dine at the outdoor table beneath blue or starlit skies. 

With a single step to reach the front porch from the stone path at this Big Canoe cabin, unloading suitcases or groceries is easy. Plus, the driveway is flat and paved with parking for 3 vehicles. The front porch also has a bench and small table as another outdoor space to retreat for a little while.

Other Amenities
At your cabin rental in Big Canoe, the entry level is mostly handicap accessible (though not ADA compliant). A washer and dryer are available for towels, linens, and clothes as needed. Wi-Fi is free to use anytime. And keyless entry makes check-in and checkout so much easier! Please note this Big Canoe rental property is not pet friendly.

While staying in Big Canoe, you’ll have access to loads of amenities within this 8,000-acre gated community. Play golf, tennis, bocce, racquetball, and pickleball or toss a ball on the playfields while the kids run around the playgrounds.
