Watch the stars close up with the telescope or turn on a lamp to read here. A beautiful and fully equipped kitchen is nearby, furnished with all you need to make meals in your gorgeous vacation home. There is even a separate dining space with a table for 8 in addition to the kitchen table and the breakfast bar stools.  

Another living room on the basement level gives cabin rental vibes, with a stone fireplace, club chairs, a plush sofa, wood details, and large windows framing mountain views. The bedrooms are comfortable and welcoming, with a master suite that features a king-size bed, a large closet, and an en-suite bath. The home also has a laundry room with a washer and dryer, a beautiful entryway, a spacious open deck overlooking the North Georgia mountains, and a wonderful screened-in porch with plenty of seating. 

On top of the many wonderful amenities at Eagles View, guests will have access to the community amenities in the private, gated Big Canoe Community. Guests can take out pontoon boats and kayaks on the lakes, swim at the outdoor swimming pools, have fun on the rock slide, spend the day at the 27-hole golf course, work out at the fitness center with a sauna, enjoy a massage at the spa, stop by the clubhouse, explore the miles of hiking trails, enjoy a lakeside picnic, and hike to a waterfall – all within minutes of your luxury rental home. 

Living Room

Brazilian hardwood floors flow throughout the gorgeous living room of Eagles View. They pair beautifully with the large stone fireplace, built-in bookcases, and elegant furniture. The large picture windows frame incredible mountain views, and a ceiling fan and air conditioning keep the space cool on warm days. A big screen LCD TV is mounted on the fireplace, and it has Netflix and YouTube TV so you can stream your favorite series, start a new show, turn on cartoons for the kids, or just watch movies on laid-back days around this luxury house rental. 

Kitchen

Enjoy cooking meals, whipping up snacks, and blending drinks in the gourmet kitchen in Eagles View. Rich wood cabinets pair with sleek black appliances – including a refrigerator, double oven, microwave, and a dishwasher. The kitchen is also furnished with dishes, glassware, utensils, pots and pans, and ample cooking tools. 

Enjoy a cup of coffee in the stools at the island while chatting with the chef of the group. Bake cookies for a rainy day, create a delicious breakfast before a day on Lake Petit, or keep the refrigerator stocked with drinks and snacks for the group. 

Dining Area

Inside, there are 2 great places to enjoy meals together. The eat-in kitchen has a dining table for 4, set in a sunny nook with awesome views. The primary dining room is beautifully decorated and features more large windows letting in lots of light. The table has seating for 8, so you can enjoy meals here together. 

And when it’s not mealtime, clear the table and make this your game-night space! Pack your favorite board games or break out the decks of cards and gather here for snacks, fun, and quality time together. Or you can catch up on work, do your homeschooling while away, or do a puzzle on a rainy day.

Bedrooms

After a big day of outdoor fun, scenic drives, and exploring North Georgia, come back to rest in the lovely bedrooms of Eagles View. The master suite on the main floor has a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom, and comfortable chairs by the large picture windows. Wake up to the sun coming up over the mountains or head to bed early and enjoy watching the stars twinkle over the mountains. 

A second bedroom has another king-size bed, along with a ceiling fan, bedside lamps, and an en-suite bath. The third bedroom is furnished with 2 queen-size beds, unique artwork, large windows, and an easily accessible bathroom. Each bedroom has quality linens and homey comforts, ensuring a good night’s sleep for everyone. 

Lower-Level Living Room

When you travel with a group, you want plenty of space to spread out. Eagles View makes it easy, with a second great living space downstairs. It offers a warm, lodge-like feel with exposed wood beams, large windows, luxe seating, a stone fireplace, and a big screen TV. Kick back while watching a show or movie and enjoying a drink with friends. 

With tabletop lamps and lots of natural and fixed light, it’s also a great place to read a good book. Enjoy late-night chats with family or slip away with your coffee for a quiet morning to yourself. Or you can pile the kids up with blankets and pillows for a fun movie night here! This living room also has a wet bar and a checkers/chess table, so you can play cards and relax. 

Library

Catch up on some work or just have some time to yourself in the library. It features a rustic log desk, desk chair, tabletop lamps, and space to get some work done. 

Outdoor Spaces

Great outdoor spaces begin as you arrive at Eagles View. The luxury mountain retreat boasts beautiful landscaping around the home, along with gorgeous wood double doors. The screened-in deck features padded wicker furniture, a high-top table, and stunning views for miles. The open deck is perfect for getting some sun and enjoying the breeze! Fire up the grill for a cookout, relax in the Adirondack chairs, or lie back in the loungers for an afternoon nap – with a mountain view. This home also has a flat, paved driveway with 2 – 3 parking spaces for guests’ convenience. 

Other Amenities

Stay on top of laundry while away with the front-load washer/dryer in the home. Easily wash pool towels or enjoy having fresh laundry before heading home. Eagles View also has Wi-Fi as an added convenience.

Big Canoe, about 1 ½ hours from Atlanta, offers many amenities for guests staying here. Enjoy outdoor pools, a fitness center, lakes, a spa, a grocery store, restaurants, a post office, and many more conveniences! 

While some community amenities in Big Canoe are free, others may require an on-site fee — please note this is not included in the rental price.

Take a drive outside of the sprawling Big Canoe Community to explore more of exciting North Georgia. Visit historic Helen, stroll through downtown Blue Ridge, or have plenty of outdoor fun on your getaway with a drive to Ellijay, Jasper, or Dahlonega.
