We have a few select cabins near the Aska Adventure Area along the Toccoa River. These creekside and riverfront spots work well if you want fishing access, enjoy tubing in summer, or just like the sound of water from your deck. This Blue Ridge area also puts you near 20+ miles of mountain biking and hiking trails, plus the beautiful Fall Branch Falls.

October is the most popular (and most crowded) month because of the fall colors. April and May offer great weather, blooming wildflowers, and lower rates (minus spring break). Winter (after New Year’s) and early spring are the quietest times with the best deals. Summer is busy but great for river tubing, lake activities, and outdoor adventures.
There’s an Ingles supermarket and Walmart in downtown Blue Ridge, about 10-15 minutes from most cabins. We recommend stopping for groceries before you head up to your cabin so you don’t have to drive back into town right after arriving.

Most of our cabins sit on wooded lots with good privacy. You might see neighboring cabins through the trees, but most are not right on top of each other. Cabins near the Toccoa River tend to have more space between properties. If privacy is a top priority, mention that when you call, and we can point you to the most secluded options.
Check-in starts at 4 PM (EST) and is guaranteed by 6 PM. Checkout is by 10 AM (EST). The majority of our cabins have keyless entry, so you’ll get your access code by email a few days before arrival — no need to stop at an office. If you need to arrive later in the evening, that’s fine. Early check-in and late checkout depend on the cleaning schedule and other reservations, so call ahead if you need flexibility.
