From booking, to check-in to the stay: all was flawless. The property was incredible. Everything, and I mean everything, was provided. It was much more than I had expected. Already thinking about a winter break. The price was exceptional for the service provided. Short story. The day of check-in I received a call from the property management. They called to tell me that the previous customer and inadvertently taken one of the TV remotes in error. They said they could get one to me the day, but all three of the TV’s in the property would work with the other two remotes just fine. And they worked fine. Now that’s what I call attention to detail. Anyway, thanks for a great experience to all who made it possible.
