A Slice of Heaven with Unforgettable Views

We planned a 1 week stay here and initially thought it was way too long because cabin-fever is real. We made a whole list of things to see and do while we were there. None of our expectations were met but in the BEST WAY! We ended up spending the majority of our week in the cabin and adding a night. We did not want to leave! The cabin had everything we could need and everything we didn’t know we wanted. We grilled, made a fire almost every night, used the hot tub a few times, played ping pong, watched movies, cooked every night. Ate all of our meals on the deck with the view. Drank all of our wine on the deck with a view. Read, talked, laughed and drank coffee all on the deck with a view. Did I mention the view? There’s not enough I can say about how we fell in love with this slice of heaven in Georgia. What a treat to feel so secluded and yet be so conveniently located to civilization (should you care for it, we did not!). Great place for a family but my husband and I went alone and it was the romantic escape we needed. I will sum it up with my husband’s words (who by the way, is a give-me-A/C-in-the-city kind of guy) “I never knew I was a nature guy… but THIS!”
